
Learning to meditate can be a daunting task to some people. It does not have to be. Scientific studies have shown that just meditating once can bring an immediate sense of peace and harmony into your system and showing real significant changes in the brain. Our goal at OM is to help you learn that meditation can be a part of your daily life and help you find ways that you can integrate into into your life without causing stress. We can add something to your life not take anything away. Less stress, a sense of peace, more patience and better health will come naturally when you meditate without you even having to try, as they are natural benefits.
Come join us for one of the meditations listed on our event calendar and try it out. They all start out with a lesson on how to breathe properly and some basic fundamentals of how to get started. Great for novices or experienced sitters. We have an amazing place to make you feel safe with comfy meditation chairs to accommodate everybody. New meditations are added frequently so keep checking.
We never turn anybody away because of money, so if you think you could use a meditation but cannot afford it, please email us and let us know. We would love to help.
Please note that all meditations that are listed are always come as you are. There is no need to register, but it is recommended so there is a seat saved for you. Last minute drop-ins or bringing a guest is always encouraged.
